  Note: Delays caused by government processes or external factors are not the responsibility of the company.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Services can be canceled within 24 hours of payment, provided work has not commenced.
• Administrative fees may be deducted in case of cancellation.
• No refund will be issued if the service has already started or if documents have been submitted to any government authority.

9. Deliverables & File Ownership

• Final deliverables are provided in appropriate formats (e.g., PDF, JPEG, HTML).
• Open source files (e.g., PSD, AI, source code) are not included unless explicitly agreed upon.
• Ownership of the produced content remains with El Mazzloum unless contractually transferred.

10. Intellectual Property

• All materials created, including designs, content, and code, are the intellectual property of El Mazzloum.
• No content may be copied, reused, or redistributed without prior written consent.
